12 WEEK GET LEAN PROJECT
This is our Gold Standard Program and we encourage you to try this out.
Most of sessions have 2-4 people in them and we take no more than 6.
So it is still very personal yet there's a bit of banter in the group and it is much more cost effective for yourself as well as being more flexible time wise
With this program you also get UNLIMITED ACCESS to our group training should you ever wish to attend them.
30 MINUTE 1 TO 1
This is 2, 30 minute sessions twice a week for 5 weeks.
We arrange times between you and the trainer and work from there.
