We all love magic diet solutions and if you have been reading these emails (or listening to anyone with any sense) then you know there is no such thing
But there are some really great & simple solutions that can help you improve your diet no end
Unfortunately they do require some amount of work
and this is where most people fail
^^^^ Damn that work stuff getting in the way of achieving anything
But one really good way to start getting your diet together is by
Having a Food Diary
None of these things have to be done forever but just doing them for a few days every now and again really helps you to understand what you are eating and how much
I remember one client telling me he was filling it out with his missus and wrote
2 Biscuits with tea
to which she said
Did you fudge, you had about 10
So she gave him a helping hand to see where he was going wrong
And he was surprised at how much he ate and random foods at random times
There have been studies to show how people have lost weight over a period of time by doing nothing else different than just writing down what they eat
and when you do this yourself you will see the benefits of it very quickly as you will be more conscious of what you are eating
The next step after that is understanding the calorie content of your foods and what you are eating and when that happens
That's when you really start kicking some ass
So be sure to make note of that even try it for 3 days now and let me know how you get on
