I'm starting to really believe that everything is perception and how we view things
Some people jump at the chance to have a good piss and moan about anything they can
Yet there's other people you could go for a pint with and they would hardly say a bad word about anyone all night
One thing that be bloody annoying over the warmer summer weather is the amount of flies about the place
And while they can be very irritating it's very easy to turn it on it's head and look at the positive
It does be very good fun nailing them with those big fly catcher yokes and seeing them splat on the table
And it's even more fun leaving them there for your wife to find later on when she's about to start cooking the dinner
The same way so many people DESPERATELY want Fitness & Health to be easy so spend their life time messing about from one dumbass diet to the next
and nothing training programs that don't even challenge them
^^^^^ Yep, that is NEVER going to work
While others understand they will have to make some sacrifices and put in some hard work along the way so when they come across these obstacles they can plough right through them
Going into any project thinking it will be easy is more often than not a recipe for disaster so a simple change in perception can make all the difference
and while it may not be as simple as just thinking positive happy clappy thought's it is still true that
What You Focuses On Grows
so if you are always thinking negatively about things or yourself then you are leaving it very hard to succeed.
I just want to give you a head's up that 16th of September is D Day regarding all our programs
The 6 Week Transformation program is launching that day for our group training
Our 12 Week Get Lean Project (Small Group Personal Training) will be starting a new training program that day and with people already in touch about getting their spot back after the summer I'm not sure how many spots will be left in 2 weeks time
and our Fabulous Fit 50's program will on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 11:30am which is a beginner class
So if there's any of those programs you are interested in be sure to get in touch ASAP to get yourself booked in...
