Dundalk Gym D Day

Yep,  D Day is upon us this coming Monday. We have all our programs starting back the one day on the 16th of September as our 6 Week Transformation program and our 12 Week Get Lean Project both start new programs We also have our Fabulous Fit 50's starting back Tuesday and Thursdays at 11:30am so think we have something for everyone there The 12 Week GLP is busier from everyone coming back and our Free Trial working so well in August but certain times have 1 spot left if you want to give me a shout on that and we have spaces left in the 6 Week and the 50's program. The kids are back to school and everyone can get back to their normal life again and while I may be shockingly biased I think we have the best of the best for the average Joe who is busy with life but still wants to improve their health in my humble, yet accurate opinion anyways and just to prove the point here is some feedback from a client who did our 6 week program there in August: Hi, I've thoroughly enjoyed every single class I've attended since walking in the door 5 weeks ago! I cannot believe that I am into my 6th week now. I will get my measurements done this week and I will be signing up for the monthly direct debit. I do definitely feel a difference in how my clothes feel on but I am also realistic in my expectations and understand that the 6 weeks is an introduction and a excellent starting point but for me as I've said before this is not a 'quick fix'. I see joining Dutchy's Fitness as a long term plan and one I know I will continue with as opposed to 'trying out a new fad'. I feel great mentally and physically and each week I know I am gaining strength and confidence. This may sound strange but at one point during yesterday evenings class with Darren I could feel sweat dripping off my forehead and I thought yes this is what its all about, working hard and knowing that you are putting everything you have into your workout but most importantly enjoying it!!! I think its also important to say how great the trainers are. You can clearly see that all of them spend time thinking about their class and planning each session so that we all get the best from our classes. The trainers are very encouraging and always know your name which I think is also very important. Each class is always different from the one before and I always look forward to going! Cannot express how glad I am I plucked up the courage to make the decision to message you and build up the confidence to walk in the door!! Many Thanks and of course the people with the basic cop on to realise that 6 Weeks is just an introductory program to see what you think and not a magic wand that will banish fat from your body for ever and ever these are the people who have good fitness & health throughout their lives Any questions on any of the above programs just shoot me an email ASAP and I'll let you know the details to get started next week.
