8 weeks VS 1 week postpartum. - No filters, just one week old tan in 8 week post partum pictures. - Would you believe me when I tell you that there is only 3 pounds in the difference between both pictures 🤷‍♀️. Yes only a 3 pound loss in 7 weeks after having a baby. - Thank god I don't rely on the scales to measure whether or not I am making progress. - If the scales is the only way you measure progress, you are already setting yourself up for failure. - Progress pictures are a far better way to track progress in my opinion. If I didnt take these pictures, I would be disheartened with only losing 3 pounds. Now I can visually see my progress rather than letting a number dictate my emotions. - Being consistent with daily/weekly goals how I am and will continue to progress.
