I QUIT

I QUIT as a Personal Trainer... Kind of anyway... let me explain Ever wondered what it is we actually do? Most people do.. because....well, we're not really "Personal Trainer's" We don't blow whistle's  Or walk about with a T Shirt that says "Personal Trainer" on the back or just stand beside people counting reps for them not that theres anything wrong with those things, by the way it's just not what we do So what do WE do? For a start we focus on GROUP training in 2 forms, large group (10 or more people) and small group (3- 6 people) and just do some 1-2-1 when people really want it Small group training is the future of fitness and I don't know anyone in Cavan or Dundalk who does it like we do  Although it's pretty hard to explain exactly what it is when you haven't done weight training before and the title "Small Group Trainer" just doesn't have the same sex appeal does it suppose you could call us "Life Coaches" if you want but then we would have to slap you silly if you did cause most of those guys are full of crap and talk out of their "positive thinking" and manifesting rectums. So here's the short story of it You ready? ================================================ We help people who are sick and tired of being sick and tired and genuinely want to start getting their shit together and get in the best shape of their lives We do this by pushing people as much as they are fit for and advising them as we go and be offering Nutrition support via email if they want the help Not only will all this come together to making them look better but also improve their sleeping, their confidence, their energy levels and their total outlook on life ================================= So there you have it ^^ and this can also lead to me receiving emails like this: Thanks for all your help and i know if i ever need to get back on track that the lean training is there and it works, I went from 11st 1lb  to 10st 2 lb in 8 weeks and got down to size 10 in clothes which I am delighted with. And the knowledge about the food end if things is great which I will always use.   want to get in on the action and become out next success story?
