So the good news is that I managed to stay clear of 87kgs so far
and even woke up Sunday below 86kgs so I'm hanging in there rightly
just not sure how long I can hold out but hopefully Leo will have some good news soon and we can get back at it
In more serious news we have been getting tons of messages of thank yous and support from either the lock down group home workouts
or people just following Lorraine's food & diet updates on social media
Surprisingly there has been very little negative comments apart from my buddy Alan emailing me last week to tell me I was an "Arrogant A hole"
But there's always one and we can't let these people make us lose sight of the bigger picture
Which is that everyone is rowing in together to try and keep ourselves (and each other) sane throughout all this
and to be honest it's Lorraine's online posts that are getting all the praise at the minute
Our Lockdown program is going great and Jamie is turning out to be quiet the ladies man as his cooing and caing in the background is keeping everyone entertained
here is just one of the messages we received yesterday:
Hi Folks, end of another week and just wanted to say thank you again for all you’re doing to keep the show on the road.
Cant make the live sessions but look forward to the recording every evening.
Don’t think I’ve ever done as many lunges as I have in the past four weeks..it’s definitely making a difference. Push ups coming along too! Thanks again
We have 3 new people starting the program today so if you would like to join as well just reply to this email with "I'm In" and we will get you on the straight and narrow for the next 4 weeks
and if you're afraid that we might be open in 2-3 weeks and you will lose out on the few pound considering you paid €75 for the 4 weeks
Then fear not,
We will sort something out
There's also probably a good chance we will be keeping the home live workouts going for another bit after we open as unfortunately it's not just going to be a free for all back to normal
so some people will still be house bound and need our support.

Our workouts are at 9:30 every morning so it's a great excuse to get up and then have the workout done for the day so you don't have to worry about it
If you find you have been letting things slide then now's the perfect time to get stuck back in and give it a rattle for the next 4 weeks
and hopefully we can open in some capacity then.
