Received this email a few weeks back

This always gives me the giggles

People contact us and enter their information

Then wonder how we are sending them said information

I kid you not, you simply can't make this stuff up

I have learnt in business that there will always be someone moaning about something,

People either get too much information

Or not enough information

Some will find sessions to hard even though you tell them 20 times to take rests and just go at their own pace and do easier alternatives

Some will find sessions too easy even though you seem them farting around putting no effort in and doing Kettlebell swings with a 6kg KB

Nothing wrong with a 6kg Kettlebell by the way if that's all your fit for

But if it's too easy?


Such is life

So at some point we simply have to make a decision

What we are actually about and WHAT do we do

And just roll with the punches after that.

And 1 thing we do is Follow Up


We do Emails, Texts and sometimes a Phonecall

I use to think emails is enough until I realized a lot of people don't check their emails that regular and a lot of emails go into spam or promotions folders

A lot of people also read a text there and then and then forget about it

^^^^^^^^^ Guilty of this myself

And I've also learnt that even though we have links everywhere and give people all the info, once you ring them they still have more questions

and some people just lack confidence so need that little nudge in the right direction.

So all in all it takes it everything just to get people in the door, EVERYTHING

But the only way I can sleep easy at night is that I know we are doing are absolute best to help people and to grow our business

If I feel I haven't done enough that given day I will be a little pissed that evening and struggle to enjoy my "chill time"

that may sound sad

but it is true!
