A few months back a member who had been with us a good few months just randomly messaged us on Facebook to say
Cancel my membership, I won't be back
and just from this tone I knew she wasn't a happy camper so I got back to find out what was going on
Turns out she had asked for Diet advice and hadn't received enough info back
I digged a little deeper to find out who she was talking to and exactly what happened and in the end I apologised and said we would get this sorted ASAP
After Lorraine went back and forward on emails a bit and got her calories sorted and a few other bits she all of a sudden went silent
No word for a few days
So when we followed up again she eventually got back to say thanks but she will still be cancelling her membership and be taking a break for a bit
Which is exactly what me and Lorraine knew was going to happen because we have seen it so many times before
Nothing against this former member who was a nice girl and great craic but here's the problem when it comes to diet
People are always on the lookout for the Perfect Meal Plan
Thinking they need loads of help with their diet
cause they are a special little flower
Sorry to be blunt,
but you don't! <<<<<<<
You just need to take responsibility for your own diet and accept that it takes hard work and patience day in and day out
